Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program (IVLP)
The Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program (IVLP) provides a safety net for low-income individuals and families in Idaho who require civil legal services and cannot afford to pay for them. If you are low-income and need a lawyer for a civil matter, IVLP may be able to help. Using a statewide network of volunteer attorneys, IVLP provides free civil legal assistance through advice and consultation, brief legal service and representation.

IDHW - Temporary Assistance for Families
TAFI gives temporary monthly cash (up to $309) to low-income Idaho families for food, clothing, and shelter. Benefits last up to 24 months, with work or child support requirements for eligibility. Money is accessed via direct deposit or EBT card.
IDHW - Cash Assistance Aid to the aged, blind, and disabled
AABD provides monthly cash and Medicaid to people 65+, blind, or disabled to help with living and medical expenses.
